JenKem Technology’s Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Succinamide (Methoxy PEG SSA) is a high quality amine reactive PEG product with a stable non-degradable linker between the PEG polymeric chain and the NHS ester. Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Succinamide reacts with the amine group of lysine(s) such as on the active ingredients of Adagen®, Pegademase, or PEG-adenosine deaminase, at pH 7-8. Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Succinamide has a longer hydrolysis half-life compared with M-PEG-SCM. JenKem Technology offers Methoxy PEG SSA with MW 5000 Da (M-SSA-5000), and MW 20000 Da (M-SSA-20K), in 1g and 10g packing sizes.
