Monodisperse Methoxy PEG Azide from JenKem Technology (M-PEG Azide) is a high selectivity linear click chemistry PEG reagent for pegylation of alkynes under simple rapid reaction conditions even in aqueous environment. The azide group of Methoxy PEG Azide can be reduced to amine by hydrogenolysis.  JenKem Technology’s discrete M-PEG Azide products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. JenKem’s monodisperse single molecule methoxy azide PEGs retain the polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, while offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.
