Monodisperse Hydroxyl PEG9 Hydroxyl from JenKem Technology (single molecule PEG9 dihydroxyl, or Enneethylene glycol) is a homobifunctional PEG for PEGylation, with stable HO groups that can be activated. Monodisperse homobifunctional PEG derivatives from JenKem Technology are high quality crosslinkers for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, nanoparticle and surface modifications. Conjugation with homobifunctional PEGs provides an increased drug load compared to pegylation using linear PEGs. JenKem Technology’s monodisperse discrete PEG dihydroxy products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. JenKem’s monodisperse dihydroxyl PEGs retain the polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, while offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.
JenKem Technology offers monodisperse Hydroxyl PEG Hydroxyl with MW 370.5 Da (HO-PEG8-OH), MW 414.5 Da (HO-PEG9-OH), and MW 546.7 Da (HO-PEG12-OH) in 1g and 5g packing sizes.
