Description

Monodisperse Amine PEG12 Amine reagent with superior quality specification of ≥ 95% Purity.

Monodisperse Amine PEG Amine from JenKem Technology (discrete single molecule PEG diamine) are homobifunctional PEGs employed for pegylation via stable linkages, such as amide, urethane, urea, or secondary amine. Monodisperse homobifunctional PEG derivatives from JenKem Technology are high quality crosslinkers for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, nanoparticle and surface modifications. Conjugation with homobifunctional PEGs provides an increased drug load compared to pegylation using linear PEGs. JenKem Technology’s monodisperse discrete PEG diAmine products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. JenKem’s monodisperse diamine PEGs retain the polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, while offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.

JenKem Technology offers monodisperse Amine PEG Amine with MW 368.5 Da (NH2-PEG8-NH2) and MW 544.8 Da (NH2-PEG12-NH2), in 1g and 5g packing sizes. diAmine PEGs with different numbers of -CH2-CH2-O- units (different “n”), such as Amine PEG4 Amine (NH2-PEG4-NH2), may be available by custom synthesis, please email us at tech@jenkemusa.com for details on custom PEGs. JenKem Technology provides repackaging services for an additional fee, please contact us if you require a different package size than our catalog selection. Bulk PEGs and GMP PEGs are also available upon request. Please contact us for special bulk pricing.
