Monodisperse Methoxy PEG Acrylate (M-PEG Acrylate, or Acryl PEGs) from JenKem Technology are discrete thiol-reactive PEG, reacting with sulfhydryl groups via Michael addition reactions; and they can also react with amines. Acrylate groups are typically involved in vinyl polymerization or co-polymerization. JenKem Technology’s single molecule Methoxy PEG Acrylate products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. JenKem’s monodisperse Acrylate PEGs retain the polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, while offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.
Monodisperse Methoxy PEG Acrylate (monodisperse Acryl PEG) is available with MW 306.3 (M-PEG5-ACLT) and MW 350.4 Da (M-PEG6-ACLT), in 1g and 5g packing sizes.
