ADC PEG linker

JenKem® patented multiarm heterofunctional PEGs for ADC development facilitate the coupling of higher ratios of drug molecule[1] per antibody compared with linear PEGs. Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) conjugated via multiarm PEGs deliver a higher concentration of drug to target per each antibody-antigen interaction. ADCs with PEG linkers exhibit an improved solubility and an improved PK/PD profile. Multi-arm heterobifunctional PEG Derivatives are also useful for connecting two different drugs at the same time, offering dual synergistic function and increased drug loading.

We have expanded our catalog selection of Multi-Arm Heterobifunctional PEGs and Linear Heterobifunctional PEGs. Heterobifunctional PEGs with different functional groups and core PEG polymer not included in our catalog may be available via custom synthesis.
