Glucose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester with superior quality specification of ≥90% Substitution.

JenKem Technology’s Glucose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester is a high quality amine reactive PEG product with a succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester active group and a targeting glucose group. Glucose PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester reacts with amine group of lysine(s) at room temperature in less than 1hr, at pH 7-8. The presence of the monosaccharide sugar group (Glucose) increases significantly the selectivity of the PEGylation reaction.
