JenKem Technology’s monodisperse PEG products consist of linear chains of up to 48 –CH2-CH2-O– units, and various terminal functional and reactive groups. Monodisperse JenKem PEGs retain polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.

Monodisperse PEG products with molecular weights and functional groups not listed in our online catalog may be available by custom synthesis. JenKem Technology provides GMP grade PEG derivatives and bulk orders via custom synthesis, offering the opportunity to match customers’ special quality requirements.
