JenKem Technology’s monodisperse PEG products consist of linear chains of up to 108 –CH2-CH2-O– units (MW ~ 5000Da) and our largest batch size is currently 15Kg per batch, with potential to increase it.

JenKem Technology’s monodisperse PEG products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. Monodisperse PEGs retain polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.
