Monodisperse PEGs

JenKem PEG RnDJenKem Technology’s monodisperse PEG products are produced via very reproducible chemical reactions and lack the polydispersity of traditional PEG polymers. Monodisperse JenKem PEGs retain polyethylene glycol’s good solubility in water, offering to PEGylated drugs the same PEG benefits of reduced aggregation and immunogenicity, and increased hydrodynamic volume.

JenKem Technology’s catalog monodisperse PEG products consist of linear chains of five to twelve –CH2-CH2-O– units, and various terminal functional and reactive groups. Monodisperse PEG products with molecular weights and functional groups not listed in our online catalog may be available by custom synthesis.
